- Operational center area: offices, transaction floor, information service, technological services, and collection garden, covering an area of 11.32 hectares.
- Production – services area: production cooperation, trading, fairs, exhibitions, entertainment services, covering 73.04 hectares.

• Main products: apricot trees, orchids, and varieties of tropical ornamental trees, crocodiles, and ornamental fish, covering 165.43 hectares.
• Forms of production: production area for shareholders, co-operative production area, reptile farm, covering 23 hectares.
- Area calling for investment: trading of ornamental flowers – tourism - culture, ecological villages (after 2010), covering 215.2 hectares.
