The High-tech Healthcare Park’s establishment to support the healthcare service of HCM City in term of technical infrastructure; By doing that, healthcare service sector is able to develop a system of examinating and treatment facilities in order to corresponding with the modernized development of the region and the World. In other hand, it helps healthcare facilities in center of the City to reduce number of patients and to improve existing facilities.

4- Scale: 42 ha
5- Investment Incentives:
- Land rental exemption granted to: education, healthcare, culture, sport, and science – technology projects for large public usage (Decree 142/2005/ND-CP dated 14/11/2005)
- Corporate Income Tax: 20% for in 10 years, 2 years tax holiday and 50% tax reduction in following 3 years (Decree 164/2004/ND-CP dated 22/12/2003)
