CONTRACTS APPLICABLE TO
FOREIGN INVESTMENT IN VIETNAM.

THE
GOVERNMENT

Pursuant to
the Law on the Organisation of the Government
dated 30 September 1992
Pursuant to the Law on Foreign Investment in Vietnam
passed
by the National Assemble on 12 November 1996;
In order to encourage investment in construction and
development of infrastuction facilities in Vietnam.
On the proposal of the Minister of Planning and Investment.

Article 1
|
To issue
with this Decree the Regulations on Investment on the
Baize of Build-Operate-Transfer Contracts Applicable to
Foreign Investment in Vietnam.
|
>>
Article 2
| This Decree shall
be of full force and effect after fifteen (15) days from
the date of its signing and shall replace Decree 87 CP
of the Government dated 23 November 1993 Promulgating the
Regulations on Investment in the From of Build-Operate-Transfer
Contracts. |
>> Article 3
| Ministers, hear
of ministerial equivalent bodies and Government bodies and
chairmen of peoples committees of provinces and cities
under central authority shall be responsible for the implementation
of this Decree. |
