Currently, IPs are planning to expand, such as Le Minh Xuan Industrial Park with  236,75 ha; Vinh Loc Industrial Park with 67,70 ha; Hiep Phuoc Industrial Park with 600 ha; Tan Binh Industrial Park with 61,0 ha ... Therefore, The total land area that is available for lease in 2005 will depend on the expanse progress of below IPs. According to the rate of progress in 2004, Tan Phu Trung Industrial Park can  obtain the Governmental Approval for 525 ha of land. If the resettlement and compensation progress are carried out smoothly, it can supply a significant amount of land area to the land fund of  2005.
